私たちは，認知的な意味が，認知的エージェントが持つ世界の不完全な情報を考慮しなければならいことを議論する．Gardenforsの概念空間上のオブジェクトに対する見方について議論した後に，私たちは情報の不完全さの実行可能な取り扱い方法を提案する．そして，私たちはそれらをalternative predicate logics(注：Non-classical logicという意味と思う)を用いて形式化する．私たちの分析は単純な述語の意味についての性質を理解することが認知的な意味にとって重要であることを示す．
